Cut to the Wrist

① Cut to the Wrist (immediate reaction ✦ rank 1 maneuver)
Requirement:	You must be wielding a light blade.
Trigger:	A creature begins a melee attack against you, or misses a melee attack against you.
Effect:	Make a basic melee attack against the creature attacking you with a -2 penalty to hit. If the creature has missed an attack against you this turn, you may gain a +2 bonus to hit instead of the penalty. If you hit, instead of doing damage, you may cause the creature to take a -2 penalty to all attacks until shrugged off.
